Selling the “why” before the “what”

All retail shops have the opportunity to define who they are or redefine who they are at any time.  Simon Sinek has different outlook on how to do that. He suggests that instead of talking about what you do, focus on why you do it.  Create a world where your customer feels apart of something and wants to participate in your value stream.
